1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the elkjl platform — including the website at elkjl.bet, the mobile browser version, any downloadable application, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform including, without limitation, registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person who interacts with any content, game, promotion, or service offered by elkjl. Access to certain features of the platform requires registration and acceptance of these Terms at the point of account creation.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. elkjl reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The elkjl platform is intended for players located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction. If you access elkjl from a location where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms. elkjl bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active elkjl account. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details
• Registering an account on behalf of another person
• Sharing account credentials with any third party
• Allowing another person to operate or fund your account

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elkjl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. elkjl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel outside of the secure login page.

You agree to notify elkjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization. elkjl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, elkjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All transactions and betting activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — will be considered your responsibility. This includes transactions made possible by your negligent disclosure of credentials to a third party.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your elkjl account settings. While not currently mandatory, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account and wallet.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

elkjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). elkjl does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which elkjl bears no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal. elkjl reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time, with or without prior notice, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and GCash or bank account ownership verification. GCash withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank typically clear within 1–3 banking hours for standard amounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

elkjl complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Players are prohibited from using the elkjl platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any illegal activity. Any deposits that cannot be verified as originating from legitimate sources may be frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

elkjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated on each individual promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus claim per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted, unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Specific rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time window. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at a specified PHP amount per promotion.
• Abuse: elkjl reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or used in bad faith, through collusion, or through systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

elkjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. All bonus decisions made by elkjl are final.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the elkjl platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and product category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game rules. General betting rules applicable across all products include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where specifically permitted by the rules of a given product.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — the round will be settled according to the state of the game at the point of interruption. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. Bets placed in excess of stated limits will be rejected or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
• For sports betting markets, the rules applicable to each sport — including settlement criteria, void conditions, and in-play cut-off times — are published within the sportsbook section and form part of these Terms.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by certified dealers. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, elkjl's recorded footage of the game round will be the definitive source of truth.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the elkjl platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with or place bets on the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software for financial gain
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund an account
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other conduct in violation of Philippine AMLA provisions
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or elkjl support staff through any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account under the same or different identity
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of Philippine law through any platform channel including live chat

8 Responsible Gaming

elkjl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. Gambling on the elkjl platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, we urge you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the elkjl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of elkjl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the elkjl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written consent from elkjl
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform
• Use elkjl branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of the platform without prior written authorisation
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose

Any unauthorised use of elkjl intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, elkjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence
• Losses arising from any reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate
• Interruptions to live game streams or sports betting markets caused by third-party data feed failures

In no event shall elkjl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your elkjl account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The elkjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

elkjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering on the elkjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and elkjl, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution procedures. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
